Dalekovod OSO offers a complete range of equipment for suspension and tension insulator strings (with composite, glass or long-rod ceramic insulators), suspension and anchoring of ground wires (conventional and optical), as well as conductor and ground wire accessories, including:
- forged steel fittings (shackles, clevises, yoke plates, sockets, eyes, forks, extension links, flags, rings, turnbuckles, etc.)
- sheet steel fittings (spacers, extension links, flags, adjustable extension links, U-bolts, etc.)
- equipment for electrical protection of insulator strings, such as corona rings, grading rings and arcing horns
- conductor and ground wire suspension equipment: all types of suspension clamps, including clamps with a pivot at the conductor centerline, below or above the conductor axis, as well as suspension clamps with preformed rods
- conductor and ground wire tensioning equipment (compression clamps, bolted clamps, wedge-type clamps, spiral dead-end clamps for optical ground wires)
- systems for protection against aeolian vibrations of conductors and ground wires (Stockbridge vibration dampers (2R and 4R), spacer dampers for various bundled conductor configurations (double, triple, quadruple, etc.), Bretelle clamps for vibration damping using messenger cables)
- other conductor accessories (current clamps, spacers (rigid and semi-rigid) for various bundled conductor configurations (double, triple, quadruple, etc.), aviation warning spheres, splice connectors, repair spirals and fittings, etc.)
- suspension and jointing equipment for conductors exposed to high operating temperatures (up to 250°C)
- connectors and busbars for substations up to 500 kV.
Suspension and jointing equipment is manufactured in accordance with applicable international standards (IEC 61284, BS 3288, IEC 61897, IEC 61854, IEC 60120, ANSI C29.2, ISO 1461, ASTM A153, etc.).
The Company is equipped with all necessary production technologies (non-ferrous metal casting, forging of non-ferrous metals and steel, machining, sheet metal fabrication using plastic deformation processes, welding, riveting, as well as in-house design and manufacturing of tools), a modern machinery park, and a certified mechanical testing laboratory (HRN ISO/IEC 17025:2000) for operational control, ensuring the required level of quality.
The annual production capacity exceeds 3,500 tonnes of suspension equipment.
